We know it’s a lot easier to buy unique gifts online when you can be sure that a company stands behind their products. That’s why we make it simple if you should have to return or exchange merchandise with us.
Please read through the following section to help ensure your shopping experience at KongThai.com is always satisfactory.
Policies and Procedures for Returns & Exchanges
Anytime you make a purchase at KongThai.com, you may return any unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of product price or credit toward an exchange. If you received the wrong item or a defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the original packing slip.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if you wish to make an exchange that is not the result of our error.
For items purchased under a free shipping promotion, the original shipping price associated with the returned items will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.
Items that are opened or returned more than 15 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
- Items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery: 60% of original price.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use or evidence of wear: 30% of original price.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received in: Up to 30% of original price.
How to return or exchange an item purchased at KongThai.com
1. Email with the following information:
- Your name
- Your address
- Invoice number of the item
- Reason for return or exchange
- If requesting an exchange, indicate the item you would like to receive in exchange.
2. An authorization number will be e-mailed to you. Please write this authorization number clearly on your shipping box or original packing slip.
3. Pack the item carefully in the original packing materials with the original packing slip and mail to our merchandise return address:

4. A refund or exchange will be issued within 15 business days from the date we receive the returned item(s) in accordance with the above guidelines.
